How Pest Scout works

Pest Scout is a service brand operated by 12P Ventures LLC. Pest Scout helps homeowners connect with independent local pest-control providers based on the pest, location, and current provider availability.

Pest Scout does not perform pest inspections, treatment, scheduling, or provider work.

Who performs the work

The independent provider is solely responsible for service availability, inspection, treatment, scheduling, pricing, licensing, insurance, product use, warranties, and compliance with applicable requirements.

Confirm provider terms

Before hiring, ask the provider to confirm the service scope, total price, appointment window, licensing and insurance information required for the work, preparation instructions, exclusions, and any re-treatment terms.

Advertising relationship

Pest Scout is an advertising and referral service. We may be compensated when a call connects with a participating provider.

No emergency or guaranteed-availability service

Pest Scout does not guarantee that a provider will be available in a specific area or timeframe. For a medical emergency or immediate threat to safety, contact local emergency services.
